Scholarships for the preparation of oppositions for admission to the Judicial Career, prosecutor, in the body of counsel for the administration of justice and in the body of state lawyers
TheMinistry of the presidency, justice and relations with the courts, through the strategic Plan 2024-2026 Grantscalls on a line of fellowships and grants to promote the preparation of applicants for admission to the Judicial and prosecutorial Fields in the body of counsel for the administration of justice and in the body of State counsels.
Through these awards, the ministry intends to eliminate the socio-economic barriers that limit access to these bodies and affect the principles of equality, merit and ability.

Submission of applications
It will only be admitted to those requests to be submitted through the Headquarters of the ministry of state for justice.
Prior to registration of the application, it is recommended to view/read the following videos and documents:

Applications may be excluded remedy within ten working days, since the20 july to 5 august 2024Only and exclusively through the process enabled for that purpose in the Headquarters of the ministry of state for justice. In addition, during the same time limit can be made the allegations.

Deadline for the waiver of the grant: From 12 to 16 november 2024 (5 calendar days)
The waiver for the fellowship must be made solely and exclusively through the process enabled for that purpose in the Headquarters of the ministry of state for justice.
