Scholarships for the preparation of oppositions for admission to the Judicial Careers, Fiscal Careers, the Lawyers Corps of the Administration of Justice and the State Lawyers Corps
The Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, through the Strategic Grants Plan 2024-2026, includes a line of scholarships to guarantee equal opportunities in access to the high ranks of officials of the Administration of Justice.
Through these scholarships, the Ministry aims to eliminate the socio-economic barriers that limit access to these bodies and affect the principles of equality, merit and ability.

The deadline for the receipt of applications is open

Until 23 June 2025 at 23:59 h (UTC +2).
Submission of applications
Only those applications that are submitted through the Electronic Headquarters of the Secretariat of State of Justice will be admitted.

PROVISIONAL LISTS OF APPLICATIONS ADMITTED AND TO BE CORRECTED

The requests can be corrected within ten working days, from 14 to 28 August, solely and exclusively through the procedure enabled for this purpose at the Electronic Office of the Secretary of State for Justice. Likewise, during the same term, the appropriate allegations may be made.
