MEETING OF THE EDUCATION COMMISSION, LEGAL STUDIES CENTRE

At the meeting, chaired by the director of the centre, presented the conclusions of the working groups, the summary of the training activity developed in 2022 and formative lines planned for 2023.

The Education Commission of the centre for legal studies met on 2 december 2022 in plenary ordinary session via videoconference, and was chaired by the director of the centre, Abigail Fernández.

The meeting, following the adoption of the record of the previous meeting, started with the statement of conclusionsworking groupsfor the Prosecutor and the body of counsel for the administration of justice. These working groups are intended to facilitate the participation and of the implementation of agreements relating to the formation of groups with a greater presence in the commission, and also allow plenary meetings will be more Agile and effective.

The meeting presented the summary of thetraining activity developed in 2022as the training planned for 2023. Previously, had been transferred to the audience the motion for a continuous professional development plans to be submitted to the council of Legal Studies centre for approval. These proposals have been prepared both institutionally and through the contributions of those who are members of the Commission. In Addition, in the case of the bodies of Counsel for the Administration of justice, Forensic doctors and INTCF Protocols to the public consultations were conducted for the proposed training activities.

Furthermore, it is important to strengthen the provision of trainingdigital skills and linguistic minorities, with special attention to the specialized training in english. It also reported on the progressive expansion of the participation of the bodies of justice ininternational training, especially within the European Network of Judicial Training (EJTN-REAFJ) and the academy of European Law (WAS), whose results have already been seen by 2022.
