CONVENING OF PLACES FOR PROSECUTORS IN A SEMINAR ON ENVIRONMENTAL LEGISLATION WAS
Byresolution of the legal studies centre, 5 december 2022summoned places addressed to the prosecutor to attend the training activity:
EU WASTE LEGISLATION AND COMBATING WASTE CRIME to be held from 15 to 17 february 2023 in sofia (Bulgaria), format in English.
This activity aims to shed light on environmental protection, through criminal law, with particular attention to the treatment of waste, of its main topics:
· Directive on waste
· Directive on crimes against the environment
· Crimes associated with the movement and the treatment of
· Investigation of crimes related to waste.
· Ecj rulings Jurisprudence
· Practical cases
Requests until 15 december 2022 to 14h (peninsular time) is only through thevirtual legal studies centre. It will not be possible to request submitted by other means.
Proof of at least one level B1 of english at the time of the making of the request if the JRC did not count as its accreditation.
