Laboratory of Ideas

Currently, the legal studies centre is working in design and implement a laboratory of ideas in which to develop a function of analysis to establish forums for debate that will facilitate decision-making at the institutional level and contribute to bridging the gap between the evolution of society, the legislative changes and the action of the administration of justice.

In this context, on 3 may 2002 has formed a working group with the objective of achieving a “ guide to good practices among Tried on violence against women and courts of first Instance/family ” to improve the coordination of various actors involved and respond more effectively in the scope of these courts.
