Legitimation or legal basis

The right of the processing of personal data you provide through this website or forms that since it provided it can be based on the different causes taxed in article 6 of the RGPD. In general, the activities of processing of personal data are made for the fulfilment of legal obligations, for the performance of missions carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the Legal Studies centre, or because You have given their consent by a clear affirmative action.

Purpose and conservation
