The minister of justice, Pilar Llop Cuenca, has chaired the 12 december 2022 the annual meeting in ordinary session of the council of the centre for legal studies, governing body of this autonomous agency.

Attended the Council of the JRC, and vocal, the president of the General council of the judiciary, Rafael Toothache Waiter, who up until now was used as a member of the General council of the judiciary in the field of training; the state secretary for justice, Tontxu Rodríguez Esquerdo; the Chief Prosecutor of the technical secretariat of the attorney General's office, Ana Isabel García León; the Advocate-General of the state, Consuelo Castro King; the Director of the national institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, Antonio Alonso Alonso, and the director of legal studies centre, Abigail Fernández González. Intervened as secretary General of the centre for legal studies, Isabel Herranz Donoso.

Also attended as invited the secretary-General of the administration of justice and the Secretary-General for innovation and quality of public service of justice, Manuel Olmedo palace, the chief, General Estudios-Subdirectora cej, Teresa Muñoz-reja Herrero, chairman of the committee of the Council Científico-técnico Forensic Doctor, Rafael City González, Director of training for a prosecutor, Félix Martín González, and counsel of the administration of justice at the centre, Montserrat Aguilera Lara.

Once the chairperson opened the meeting, the director of Legal studies centre briefed the council on the memory of the centre's activities in 2022, reported on the agreements signed and projections to 2023, made a presentation on the budgetary situation, and submitted the annual training plans and the Plan of action of the Legal studies centre to 2023. Following that presentation, the council unanimously adopted documentation provided.

Amid all the work performed by 2022, highlights two actions: the fellowship programme of the ministry of justice for the preparation for oposiciones racing Judicial and Prosecutor, the body of Counsel for the Administration of justice and the body of State lawyers, and enrolment in the Centre, last november, a Pedagogical Transformation in the framework of the recovery Plan, transformation and Resilience of the government of Spain.

The fellowship programme, implemented in the centre for legal studies, has allowed, in less than one year, the convening and granting of 245 scholarships for the preparation for oposiciones, with a global envelope of €1.619.940. The programme has involved the recovery of financial grants removed a decade ago, greatly increasing the volume and impact with the goal of eliminating the socio-economic gap in access to the bodies of more responsibility in the area of justice.

For its part, the office of Pedagogical Transformation will be supportive of Legal Studies Centre for the preparation of training programmes for knowledge areas and the definition of itineraries, develop educational multimedia learning content and will, both to improve the processes of identification of needs and evaluation and impact of the training activities, as providing a more personal service to teachers.

On the plans of specific training courses and bodies of justice to 2023, include more than 125 activities and 6,300 places, which were compounded by the 55 activities included in the plan.

The incorporation of continuing education, addressed to all races and bodies of justice, including general and special Bodies in the service of the administration of justice on which is competent centre for legal studies, includes an additional supply nearly 9,000 places and 20,000 available in foreign languages., among other areas of learning:

the enhancement of training in digital skills, noting the offer of more than 6,000 places in online courses of office automation equipment (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

• an offer of up to 20,000 places for general training in english, french, german, italian and portuguese; english specialist training in legal and professional skills in english as the leadership or participating in meetings.

• the recovery of the study of the civil rights of the autonomous communities that own them estatutariamente, providing more than 800 beds in 7 online courses in a practical and interactive dialogue.

In addition, training in equality, inclusion and combating gender violence continues to occupy a dominant role.

Finally, we underline the gradual mainstreaming evaluation tests in the training activities, to support the acquisition of knowledge and skills, giving rise to new certificates of use, as well as the development of a specific plan of the training of trainers, who will provide a training programme 360 to support them in their teachers.
