CONVENING OF TEACHING TEAMS AND MENTORING TEAMS FOR CONTINUOUS TRAINING OF 2023
The statute of the centre for legal studies, approved by royal decree 312/2019, of 26 april, attributed to the competition for the appointment of teachers involved in training activities organized by the centre (article 10.g. of the statute).
The plan of continuous training of the body of counsel for the administration of justice to 2023 adopted by the council of the centre for legal studies at its meeting on 12 december 2002, includes a series of activities for which it is necessary to select and appoint the executive direction and school teams who will be responsible for them and impartirlas.
Furthermore, the incorporation of continuous training for 2023 adopted by the council of the centre for legal studies at its meeting on 12 december 2002, includes a series of training activities in the civil rights of those Autonomous Communities that estatutariamente the possess to which needs to select and appoint a number of mentoring teams responsible for its monitoring and evaluation, dynamization. This selection process will be developed through the intersection competitive.
Based on the foregoing, the following requests for the selection of associated personnel, legal studies centre, various resolutions adopted by the Directorate of legal studies centre, 16 december 2022:
1.Convening places for the management and delivery of activities under the plan of continuous training 2023 the body of counsel for the administration of justice:
May apply to assume the direction of the who belong to the body of counsel for the administration of justice and the following conditions:
- Be on active service.
- Credit teaching experience/training which will provide.
- Have more than five years in the body, within the jurisdiction regarding the training event convened or, in certain cases.
- For its part, the individuals who comprise the teaching team should be professionals, with appropriate experience and capacity.

2.Convening of places for the establishment of mentoring teams of online activities themselves in civil rights of the autonomous communities that estatutariamente the possess:
May apply to assume the monitoring of activities that are convened who belong to a prosecutor, the body of counsel for the administration of justice, as well as any other body of the administration of justice or members of bodies university teachers, provided they meet the following requirements:
- Be on active service.
- Qualification in their own right of the autonomous community that proposing as part of the team tutorial.
