CONVENING OF SPACES IN THE SECOND PROJECT SEMINAR: “ VICTI THE POSITION OF VICTIMS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS: THE ATYPICAL Trial ”

Bydecision dated 23 december 2022summoned places addressed to the prosecutor and the body of counsel for the administration of justice, to attend the second project seminar VICTI, coordinated by the school of the french judiciary, mna and co-financed by the european commission. This project aims to address the specific problem of the processes with multiple victims.

In particular the seminar “ the position of victims in criminal proceedings: the trial atypical ” will take place in Paris on 22, 23 and 24 march in Paris, in english, french and spanish.

TIME AND FORM OF APPLICATIONS:until 10 january 2023 to 10.00h (peninsular time) is only through thevirtual legal studies centre. It will not be possible to request submitted by other means.

FUNDING:Participation in this seminar is funded by the project, without the JRC amount of compensation by RD 462/2002. Please read carefully the conditions detailed financing reflected in paragraph (7) of the text of the resolution.
