Scholarships for the preparation of oppositions for admission to the Judicial Careers, Fiscal Careers, the Lawyers Corps of the Administration of Justice and the State Lawyers Corps
The Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, through the Strategic Grants Plan 2024-2026, convenes a line of scholarships aimed at promoting the preparation of candidates for the Judicial and Fiscal Careers, in the Lawyers Corps of the Administration of Justice and in the State Lawyers Corps.
Through these scholarships, the Ministry aims to eliminate the socio-economic barriers that limit access to these bodies and affect the principles of equality, merit and ability.

Submission of applications
Only those applications that are submitted through the Electronic Headquarters of the Secretariat of State of Justice will be admitted.

The excluded applications can be corrected within ten working days, from 20 July to 5 August 2024, solely and exclusively through the procedure enabled for this purpose at the Electronic Office of the Secretary of State for Justice. Likewise, during the same term, the appropriate allegations may be made.

JUSTIFICATION FOR FULFILLING THE PURPOSE OF THE FIRST TRIMESTER SCHOLARSHIP

The Resolution of 29 May 2024 of the Directorate of the Centre for Legal Studies, which calls for financial aid for the preparation of oppositions, establishes in its eighth paragraph that the beneficiaries must submit, on a quarterly basis, a supporting account with a series of documents proving the fulfilment of the activity subject to the aid.
