Submission of applications
Only those applications that are submitted through the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Justice will be admitted. It can be accessed through the following link:
ACCESS TO THE ONLINE PROCEDURE (until 00.00 of June 1 the form will not be available)
You can access and sign the application both with Cl@ve Permanente and with an electronic certificate of natural person, which must be issued by one of the certification authorities recognized by the General Administration of the State. However, for the subsequent processing you will be required to provide documentation that must be signed electronically with an electronic certificate of natural person.

The inclusion in the list of admitted does not imply the granting of the scholarship, but the application complies with the formal requirements established by the call for applications and will therefore be evaluated by the evaluation committee of applications.

ANNEX 1: DESCRIPTION OF THE CAUSES OF EXCLUSION
The excluded applications can be corrected within ten working days, from 8 to 21 July 2023, solely and exclusively through the procedure enabled for this purpose in the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Justice. Likewise, during the same term, the appropriate allegations may be made.

Financial aid shall be deemed accepted if, after five calendar days from the day following the publication of the final decision, the beneficiary persons do not state otherwise.
Term of resignation of the scholarship: From 11 to 15 October 2023 (5 calendar days)
The waiver of the scholarship must be presented solely and exclusively through the procedure enabled for this purpose in the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Justice.
