Only those applications that are submitted through the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Justice will be admitted. It can be accessed through the following link:

For this, it will be essential to have an electronic certificate of natural person, which must be issued by one of the certification authorities recognized by the General Administration of the State.

The inclusion in the list of admitted does not imply the granting of the scholarship, but the application complies with the formal requirements established by the call for applications and will therefore be evaluated by the evaluation committee of applications.

ANNEX 1: DESCRIPTION OF THE CAUSES OF EXCLUSION
The excluded applications can be corrected within ten working days, from 15 to 29 July 2022, solely and exclusively through the procedure enabled for this purpose in the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Justice. Likewise, during the same term, the appropriate allegations may be made.

Financial aid shall be deemed accepted if, after five calendar days from the day following the publication of the final decision, the beneficiary persons do not state otherwise.

In accordance with the eighth paragraph of the Resolution of the Directorate of the Center for Legal Studies, which calls for financial aid for the preparation of oppositions, on a quarterly basis from the month in which the scholarships are paid, the beneficiaries must justify the realization of the subsidized activity and the fulfillment of the purpose of the scholarship by presenting to the Center for Legal Studies a justification account.
