The JRC is firmly committed to the training of all their students and, therefore, advertises this activity carried out with the intention thatjudges, prosecutors, judicial personnel, private lawyers and other officials of the euto address and analyse the challenges and common concerns, and, at the same time, can make a common position on those professions.



Given itsinternationalityit will be participating organizations as the renowned european network of councils for the judiciary (ENCJ), the council of bar associations and societies of europe (CCBE), the european association of judges (EAJ) and the association of European Administrative Judges (AEAJ), among others.



EUFLP (EU Forum of the Legal Professions) is a collaborative project between and evolving legal professions in which the academy of european law (WAS, by its acronyms in german) plays the role offacilitator. This feature coincides with the objective of the ERA, and that is intended to organise an event each year, where the latest trends and the most important issues of common interest can be discussed by the members of the forum.

Byresolution of the legal studies centre, 18 november 2002places, addressed to the Prosecutor and the body of counsel for the administration of justice to participate in study visits of the european network of Judicial Training (REFJ-EJTN) to different institutions and courts of the european union, during the first half of 2023.

Organized for groups of participants of different nationalities in the european court of justice (ECJ RULINGS), the european court of human rights (ECHR), Eurojust, the eu institutions in brussels, the agency for fundamental rights of the european union (FRA, by its initials in english) or the Max Planck institute, provide their beneficiaries a perspective on the operation and procedures of the host institutions.



Applications until the day15 december at olivier jacque(hour Brussels) through the platform for the EJTN.

It will be compulsory to substantiate, FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS, at least level B1 of language (english or french according to the visit, see Annex I to the resolution). With the exception of the visit to the Max Planck Institute will be necessary where the minimum level B2 of english.

The legal studies centre considered that the coordination between all operators of justice is key to provide a quality public service capable of meeting in each case to the needs of persons. This idea is particularly important in situations like those that affect many victims, in which transcends the individual sphere is the collective.



With this point of departure within the Training Plan for forensic physicians 2022, and inserted into the strategic area of identification of human remains and situations of multiple victims, has conducted a training activity on management of situations of Multiple Fatalities and coordination between Police and Judicial Institutions in the facilities of the commander of the Guardia Civil of Barcelona, in Sant Andreu de la Barca.



The activity opened the director of legal studies centre, Abigail Fernández González, Director, Institut of Legal medicine and Forensic Ciències of catalonia, Eneko Barberia Marcalaín, and the chef de zone of the Guardia Civil of Catalonia, General José Luis Tovar Jover.



Over the past two days, the people involved addressed issues such as information management, the quality of data to analyse the reliability of the results of laboratory, the role of the forensic dental or the National Protocol for action Médico-forense and Scientific Police in Events with Multiple Victims, in this case, from the perspective of the judiciary, administration of justice at the state and autonomous groups, of the security forces, and from medicine In Health Care, In Addition discussed concrete experiences in situations of multiple fatalities.



There was also a practical exercise of an alleged incident with multiple victims with an explanation from the scene, and description of activities and forms of use in such cases. The closure of the simulation, directors of the activity, Nicomedes Expósito Márquez and Rafael City González, analyzed the exercise and identified the critical points of action.



We appreciate the participation of all institutions and authorities involved, and especially that of the Guardia Civil of Barcelona, without whose help this activity would not be possible.

On the occasion of the celebration of the libraries we recall the resources and collection of consultation through the legal studies centre, which includeaccess and direct consultation of the volumes that are one of the most prestigious virtual libraries in the legal field.

The library of legal studies centre belongs to theNetwork of libraries of the ministry of justice, which integrates the collection of the ministry of justice, and bar of the Attorney General.

This time of formation with professionals from different sectors of administration of justice with the aim of pooling good practices in terms of policy, judicial assistance, in the attention of such minors will take place in the JRC, on 29 november, hybrid format, so that participants may opt for face-to-go or online.

Byresolution of the directorate of legal studies centre, 7 october 2002, a process of selection of participants in the “I Curso de Experto Universitario en Mecanismos Adecuados de Solución de Controversias” organized by the centre for Legal Studiesin collaboration with the national distance learning university(UNED).

The coursedelivery of cargo ECTS 20(500 hours of work), a priority target building careers and bodies of justice with regard to appropriate settlement of disputes, deepen understanding of the dynamics of conflict and conducting an approximation to the main avenues that can be used to fix it, including the identification of the appropriate mechanism on the basis of the case, and of the techniques and reference resources in each of them.

This monday, 10 october 2002, has been held in a presencial way the inaugural ceremony of the course of the 7th Targeted promotion of access to the Special Corps of protocols to the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, Biology. This new development is composed of four students, including 3 from Barcelona and seville.

The inaugural ceremony has received the intervention of the director of Legal studies centre Abigail Fernández González, and the Director of the national institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, Antonio Alonso Alonso.

The inaugural meeting was held in the boardroom, legal studies centre and has been able to be followed by Manuel viewed Crespillo márquez, Director of the Barcelona INTCF and coordinator of the teaching teams of the course, as well as centre directors INTCF of chiefs of service and biology.

The Director of the centre has embarked upon the meeting by thanking the congratulations and welcome to the female students at the 7th promotion of protocols to the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, and has emphasized the will of the public service of those who are incorporated into this Body having emerged from a selective process show a complex and important experience as interim staff.

The Director of the INTCF very rightly highlighted the role of education as an engine for implementation of a professional quality and, after congratulating the female students at the promotion, encouraged them to take full advantage of a course designed to equip them with better tools for the development of their functions. In this regard, also stressed the crucial importance of communication and correct transmission of scientific findings, to ensure their understanding in other environments, and the quality of the same, which ensures its reliability in legal proceedings.
