The Guide, prepared by the working group that the legal studies centre established in the month of may, is intended primarily for Professionally Qualified lawyers and in the administration of justice, but is a tool that can provide guidance to other professional groups involved in the protection of victims of violence on women.
On wednesday, 23 november, the director of legal studies centre, Abigail Fernández González, and members of the working group, María José Costa Lamenca e Ignacio Ramiro Albalate,presented to the minister of justice in an actalso attended by the state secretary for justice, the secretary-General for innovation and quality of public service of justice and the director-General for the public service of justice.
The director of the JRC and authors of the work presented the background and context in which it established the working group, the methodology used and results achieved.
Theobjectivesthe guide are:
- To summarize the applicable rules and jurisprudence on the civil jurisdiction in criminal proceedings and civilians in the area of violence on women.
- Collect elements of consensus and good practices identified by the working group, and make possible proposals to standard.
- Improve the detection of a history of violence on women in the family.
The Centre for legal studies, among other things, the powers of promotion and realization of studies, research, publications, and activities which may help to improve the training of the police Justice.
Therefore, in parallel with training técnico-jurídica, JRC has sought to encourage conclusions, the generation of good practices, and, ultimately, to contribute to building asoft lawto unify criteria and produce a more consistent treatment of similar issues, promoting legal certainty and increasing the quality of the justice system in respect of the assessments of those involved in the proceedings, and assume responsibility and competence of each of the decisions taken.

The legal studies centre considered that the coordination between all operators of justice is key to provide a quality public service capable of meeting in each case to the needs of persons. This idea is particularly important in situations like those that affect many victims, in which transcends the individual sphere is the collective.
With this point of departure within the Training Plan for forensic physicians 2022, and inserted into the strategic area of identification of human remains and situations of multiple victims, has conducted a training activity on management of situations of Multiple Fatalities and coordination between Police and Judicial Institutions in the facilities of the commander of the Guardia Civil of Barcelona, in Sant Andreu de la Barca.
The activity opened the director of legal studies centre, Abigail Fernández González, Director, Institut of Legal medicine and Forensic Ciències of catalonia, Eneko Barberia Marcalaín, and the chef de zone of the Guardia Civil of Catalonia, General José Luis Tovar Jover.
Over the past two days, the people involved addressed issues such as information management, the quality of data to analyse the reliability of the results of laboratory, the role of the forensic dental or the National Protocol for action Médico-forense and Scientific Police in Events with Multiple Victims, in this case, from the perspective of the judiciary, administration of justice at the state and autonomous groups, of the security forces, and from medicine In Health Care, In Addition discussed concrete experiences in situations of multiple fatalities.
There was also a practical exercise of an alleged incident with multiple victims with an explanation from the scene, and description of activities and forms of use in such cases. The closure of the simulation, directors of the activity, Nicomedes Expósito Márquez and Rafael City González, analyzed the exercise and identified the critical points of action.

Byresolution of the directorate of legal studies centre, 14 october 2002places, addressed to the Prosecutor, the body of counsel for the administration of justice and the body of forensic doctors to participate in the training event: “ Problem of unaccompanied minors in the migration process ”, organized by the project EUPromthe eu aimed at developing a good practice guide in the care of unaccompanied foreign minors in their migration process in europe.
This time of formation with professionals from different sectors of administration of justice with the aim of pooling good practices in terms of policy, judicial assistance, in the attention of such minors will take place in the JRC, on 29 november, hybrid format, so that participants may opt for face-to-go or online.

Byresolution of the directorate of legal studies centre, 7 october 2002, a process of selection of participants in the “I Curso de Experto Universitario en Mecanismos Adecuados de Solución de Controversias” organized by the centre for Legal Studiesin collaboration with the national distance learning university(UNED).
