The library of legal studies centre belongs to theNetwork of libraries of the ministry of justice, which integrates the collection of the ministry of justice, and bar of the Attorney General.

Byresolution of the directorate of legal studies centre, 14 october 2002places, addressed to the Prosecutor, the body of counsel for the administration of justice and the body of forensic doctors to participate in the training event: “ Problem of unaccompanied minors in the migration process ”, organized by the project EUPromthe eu aimed at developing a good practice guide in the care of unaccompanied foreign minors in their migration process in europe.
This time of formation with professionals from different sectors of administration of justice with the aim of pooling good practices in terms of policy, judicial assistance, in the attention of such minors will take place in the JRC, on 29 november, hybrid format, so that participants may opt for face-to-go or online.

This monday, 10 october 2002, has been held in a presencial way the inaugural ceremony of the course of the 7th Targeted promotion of access to the Special Corps of protocols to the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, Biology. This new development is composed of four students, including 3 from Barcelona and seville.
The inaugural ceremony has received the intervention of the director of Legal studies centre Abigail Fernández González, and the Director of the national institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, Antonio Alonso Alonso.
The inaugural meeting was held in the boardroom, legal studies centre and has been able to be followed by Manuel viewed Crespillo márquez, Director of the Barcelona INTCF and coordinator of the teaching teams of the course, as well as centre directors INTCF of chiefs of service and biology.
The Director of the centre has embarked upon the meeting by thanking the congratulations and welcome to the female students at the 7th promotion of protocols to the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, and has emphasized the will of the public service of those who are incorporated into this Body having emerged from a selective process show a complex and important experience as interim staff.

Byresolution of the directorate of legal studies centre, 7 october 2002, a process of selection of participants in the “I Curso de Experto Universitario en Mecanismos Adecuados de Solución de Controversias” organized by the centre for Legal Studiesin collaboration with the national distance learning university(UNED).
The coursedelivery of cargo ECTS 20(500 hours of work), a priority target building careers and bodies of justice with regard to appropriate settlement of disputes, deepen understanding of the dynamics of conflict and conducting an approximation to the main avenues that can be used to fix it, including the identification of the appropriate mechanism on the basis of the case, and of the techniques and reference resources in each of them.
This training activity will be developedonline format of 7 november 2002 to 3 march 2023through the training platform UNED. The teaching team will be available to the students on a daily basis, giving guidelines, guidelines and few explanations need.

Last week the JRC took an active international and institutional nature, in response to a number of activities with a presence of different countries and in different contexts:
Firstly, on19 and 20 septemberat the headquarters of the attorney-General took place the training Plan addressed to the Prosecutor of the JRC:“ Curso monographic of gender-based violence, equality and non-discrimination on grounds of gender ”. In addition to the spanish participants, this activity during the European network of Judicial training, abriéndola to foreign participation. It was attended by 11 prosecutors, judges and other personnel of the Administration of justice of various european countries (Estonia, germany, Greece, france, Netherlands, poland, Portugal and romania), which expressed a high interest and participation, as well as a very favourable assessment of its content and multidisciplinary approach.
Wednesday21 septemberthe JRC wasvisit institutional peruvian delegationin the framework of the international project: “ Support of the forces of law of the eu in the fight against drugs and organised crime in Peru. ” this delegation included the presence of the prosecutor of the nation, Mrs Liz Patricia Benavides, the president of the national board of justice (JNJ: agency constitutionally autonomous and independent appointments, assess, ratify and disciplining judges, prosecutors, and other national authorities of control of the public prosecutor and the Judiciary), D. Henry Jose Avila Herrera, and the president of the academy of the judiciary (AMAG: official institution of the peruvian state in charge of the training of judges and prosecutors), Carlos Giovani Arias Lazarte.
During this visit, the director Abigail Fernández gave them the welcome, and the director of studies, Teresa Muñoz-reja attached to the Deputy head of studies, maría de Galardi, together with the Director of training for a prosecutor, Felix Martin, the Legal adviser to the JRC Aguilera, Montserrat and the chief, international training Area, clear Pascual, were able to convey how the JRC designs, develops and implements the initial and continuing training of the Prosecutor and the body of counsel for the administration of justice, including the training site and distance learning.
Finally, on22 and 23 septembertook place in the JRC themeeting of the sub-working group of criminal law of the European Network of Judicial Training (REFJ-EJTN).In this group the JRC has the status of "" convener or coordinator in the shape of Mrs Carmen de la Fuente Méndez.
