Por resolución del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos de 18 de enero de 2023 se convocan plazas dirigidas a la carrera Fiscal para asistir a la actividad formativa: EU and SPANISH WATER LEGISLATION a celebrar los días 21, 22 , 28 de febrero y 1 de marzo de 2023 en horario de mañana, formato online en idioma castellano.
El objetivo de este taller en línea de cuatro sesiones es ofrecer una visión global de los aspectos jurídicos clave de la legislación sobre aguas de la UE y de España. Se hará hincapié en los siguientes puntos:
• Aspectos científicos y técnicos de la contaminación del agua
• Objetivos y principales elementos de la Directiva Marco del agua
• Directiva sobre nitratos
• Delitos relacionados con el agua
• Acceso a la justicia y casos de agua limpia en España
• Desafíos y aspectos destacados de la aplicación de la Ley de Aguas en España
• Jurisprudencia relevante del TJUE y española
• Procedimiento prejudicial
• Casos prácticos sobre los temas

Este lunes, 16 de enero de 2023, se ha celebrado en las instalaciones del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos la primera edición del taller de técnicas de dinamización y cohesión grupal para los coordinadores del Curso Selectivo de la 61 promoción de la Carrera Fiscal. El taller es la primera actividad que se celebra de las que se enmarcan en el nuevo programa de formación de formadores y apoyo a la labor docente en el Centro de Estudios Jurídicos.
El acto ha sido presentado por la Directora del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos, Abigail Fernández González, que ha dado la bienvenida y ha puesto de manifiesto la importancia de realizar actividades que apoyen y complementen las habilidades y conocimientos de los docentes. El evento también ha contado con la participación de Félix Martín González, que ha desempeñado las funciones de Director de Formación de la Carrera Fiscal del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos hasta el pasado mes de diciembre, y de la Fiscal de la Secretaría Técnica de Fiscalía General del Estado, María Isabel Martín López.
La sesión ha sido impartida por la Oficina de Transformación Pedagógica del CEJ, uno de cuyos objetivos es ofrecer una atención más personalizada a docentes, así como orientación pedagógica para el desempeño de su labor.
El taller, de cinco horas lectivas, ha tenido un enfoque teórico-práctico, y en él se han trabajado técnicas de dinamización de rompehielos, actividades gamificadas con ejemplos reales, siendo los propios coordinadores los participantes, el uso de redes sociales, el blog online jurídico, la elaboración de casos prácticos o el método del caso, entre otros.
Finalmente, con el objetivo de fomentar la cohesión grupal y facilitar la reflexión, la comunicación y la resolución de problemas entre los y las participantes, se ha llevado a cabo cuatro actividades con una novedosa técnica usando piezas de construcción que ha permitido, mediante el juego, abordar situaciones y puntos de vista sobre formación. Asimismo, los participantes han realizado una retrospectiva y puesto en común una serie de compromisos para poder comprobar, en la próxima edición, cuáles han podido cumplir.
Desde el Centro de Estudios Jurídicos agradecemos la participación de todos los coordinadores y coordinadoras que han asistido, así como la colaboración de la Secretaría Técnica de la Fiscalía General del Estado, cuya intervención ha sido clave en el éxito de la actividad.
Hoy, 17 de enero de 2023, se ha celebrado en el Salón de Actos la inauguración del Curso selectivo de la 61ª promoción de la carrera Fiscal.
El acto ha sido presentado por la Directora del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos, Abigail Fernández González, que ha dado la bienvenida al Centro a la nueva promoción de fiscales. El evento también ha contado con la participación del Fiscal General del Estado, D. Álvaro García Ortiz, y del Secretario de Estado de Justicia, D. Tontxu Rodríguez Esquerdo.
El Secretario de Estado ha resaltado la importancia de la formación de calidad que van a recibir, de la que dependerá posteriormente la calidad de sus funciones institucionales y de la necesidad de tomar consciencia de su implicación en la realidad social. Asimismo, ha querido hacer especial mención del alto porcentaje de mujeres de la 61º promoción de la Carrera Fiscal, siendo un 73% de mujeres y 23% hombres.
Por su parte, el Fiscal General del Estado ha destacado la excelente formación del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos y ha querido destacar ejes fundamentales de la formación como la perspectiva de género, el tratamiento y la protección de las víctimas, y el tratamiento de los derechos humanos, incorporando una visión ética, más allá de las cuestiones disciplinarias. Además, ha querido hacer un llamamiento al valor de la formación en idiomas y su futura aportación a la Justicia española.
El plan docente del curso selectivo está orientado a la adecuada preparación de las funciones de los 100 aspirantes a la 61º carrera Fiscal, con un enfoque eminentemente práctico, con el fin de que el alumnado pueda desarrollar de manera adecuada los conocimientos teóricos adquiridos durante la fase de oposición y recibir las competencias, habilidades y conocimientos necesarios para su desempeño.
El curso comienza con una fase teórico-práctica, que será impartida entre enero y junio, mientras que, entre junio y noviembre, se desarrollarán las prácticas tuteladas. Estas suponen la incorporación de los fiscales en prácticas a las Fiscalías Provinciales y de Área, siempre bajo la dirección y supervisión de un equipo tutorial. La formación se desarrollará en formato presencial siempre que las circunstancias sanitarias lo permitan.
Finalmente, la directora del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos ha valorado la colaboración entre el Centro y la Secretaría Técnica de la Fiscalía General del Estado para la organización del curso, y ha agradecido además la labor de todas las partes implicadas, y, en especial Félix Martín, antiguo Director de Formación, y de Isabel Martín, Fiscal de la Secretaría Técnica.
Bydecision dated 23 december 2022summoned places addressed to the prosecutor and the body of counsel for the administration of justice, to attend the second project seminar VICTI, coordinated by the school of the french judiciary, mna and co-financed by the european commission. This project aims to address the specific problem of the processes with multiple victims.
In particular the seminar “ the position of victims in criminal proceedings: the trial atypical ” will take place in Paris on 22, 23 and 24 march in Paris, in english, french and spanish.

Byresolution of 22 december 2022places, addressed to the Body of forensic doctors to participate in the training event: “ workshop on risks and good practices for interviewing minors forensic victims of sexual offences ”, organized in collaboration with the UC3M, under the project.
This project, funded by the justice of the european union and composed of various organizations and european universities, deals with evidentiary preconstitución of the declaration of the victim of sexual violence a minor in criminal proceedings. Specifically, under the same, has drafted a joint protocol throughout the eu and a handbook of good practices.

Byresolution of the legal studies centre dated 20 december 2002summoned places addressed to the Prosecutor in the nine language seminars organized by the european network of Judicial Training (REFJ-EJTN) that are set out in annex I to the president for convening this meeting and whose learning objectives, methodology and features can be found in annex II.
All workshops convened will be online format with weekly training sessions for over an hour, synchronous character (webinars) over ten weeks (dates and times are available in annex I). The course will start on 6 february to 17 april with a total duration of 10 weeks.

The Minister of justice has given the congratulations to those who today are given firm, recognizing its effort, years of study and work in the context of uncertainty of the pandemic. It had also underlined the place of women at the 60th promotion - that its 127 members, a 74 per cent (94) are women, compared to 26 per cent of men (33); to be the average age of 29.5 years, and the average of preparation of five years and 3 months. In Addition, 93 per cent of those receiving the offices today have studied in the public university, which highlight the important role. The Minister also referred to the system of fellowships of the Ministry of justice for the preparation for oposiciones, launched from the Centre for legal studies.
The attorney-General in his speech has highlighted the change in the course selective in which it was given more substance, increasing the formative period, as well as introducing innovative formats. Likewise, i have welcomed a prosecutor, who has been referred to as a driving force for change for a more just and equal.

Byresolution of the prison director of legal studies of 16 december 2002it has approved the convening by the general conference of the plan of continuous training for the first half of 2023, for the prosecutor and the bodies of counsel for the administration of justice, Forensic Doctors, INTCF and protocols to the State counsel.
The continuous professional development plans for 2023 of different races and bodies were adopted on 12 december 2023 by the council of Legal studies centre, and include the following activities and places, subject to this invitation shall:
- 24 activities and 1,120 seats to the Prosecutor.
- 25 activities and 1,100 jobs for the body of counsel for the administration of justice. In Addition, the forums of specialization will not limit of places.
- 7 300 places and activities for the corps of Forensic doctors.
- 5 activities and 220 places for the body of protocols to the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic sciences.
- 2 activities and 80 places for the body of State counsels.
