Este lunes 31 de marzo de 2025 se ha inaugurado el curso selectivo de la 47ª Promoción de acceso al Cuerpo Nacional de Letrados de la Administración de Justicia, promoción interna, en la sede del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos.

El acto de inauguración estuvo a cargo de D. Manuel Olmedo Palacios, secretario de estado de justicia, D.ª Laura Cambero Valencia, directora general del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos (CEJ) y D .Rafael Ortega Huedo, subdirector adjunto de la jefatura de Estudios del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos (CEJ).

De este modo, se abre un periodo formativo para las 33 personas que integran la promoción, que se extenderá hasta el próximo 28 de noviembre de 2025 e incluirá una fase teórico-práctica y otra de prácticas tuteladas.

Características del curso selectivo

La fase teórico-práctica se desarrollará del 31 de marzo al 13 de junio de 2025, en formato presencial en la sede del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos.

En esta fase se abordará el funcionamiento de la Administración de Justicia y sus oficinas judiciales, con especial atención a las novedades introducidas por la nueva LO 1/2025, de 2 de enero, de medidas en materia de eficiencia del Servicio Público de Justicia, así como al papel del Letrado de la Administración de Justicia en la gestión del Registro Civil.

Se potenciará el desarrollo de las habilidades necesarias para el ejercicio profesional, fomentando, entre otras, la adquisición de competencias directivas y de herramientas de cooperación jurídica internacional.

La fase de prácticas tuteladas, por su parte, abarcará 16 de junio al 14 de noviembre de 2025 y supondrá la incorporación de los funcionarios en prácticas a Juzgados y Oficinas Judiciales.
 

La promoción en cifras

De las 33 personas que participan en este curso selectivo, con una edad media aproximada de 34,9 años, 22 son mujeres y 11 son hombres, lo que confirma una tendencia ya presente en promociones anteriores, donde la presencia femenina es mayoritaria. En cuanto a la forma de acceso, uno de los integrantes ha accedido por el cupo de reserva de personas con discapacidad.

En cuanto al ámbito de acceso, los participantes provienen de distintas comunidades autónomas, sin que haya un claro predominio de una sobre otra. Sin embargo, Cataluña, con 7 aprobados, es la comunidad autónoma con más representación, seguida de Madrid con 5 y de Andalucía con 4.

The Centre for legal studies convenes a process of selection of projects to participate in the regional Exchanges REFJ/EJTN.



This call is addressed to members of theCareerandThe body of counsel for the administration of justicethey are in the status of active service, andmedio-alto means languageof the exchange.

Applicants must work in cases involving across-border dimension,national courts and prosecutors of the visiting countries and recipient countries must be located within a distance of 150 kilometres of the domestic borders,a distance of 300 km with each other.

Theapplicationsparticipation should be submitted through theplatformthe Exchange Programme of the REFJ-EJTNas at 14 november 2025.

The directorate of Legal studies centre (JRC) has published the resolution calls15 positionsto offeronline trainingin “ euskera ”that will take place,on 7 april to 30 june 2025.

These places are addressed to members of the lawyers in the administration of justice, Forensic doctors, Optional, the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences, lawyers, the state, and of the general and special Bodies in the service of the administration of justicethere are currently serving in the basque country.

Shall also include the participation of those members of these bodies that are enjoying maternity, paternity, adoption or fostering, as well as on a leave of absence to care for families.

The directorate of Legal studies centre (JRC) has published resolution by the summoned places addressed to the Prosecutor in 15 conversational language online organized by the european network of Judicial Training (REFJ/EJTN). The submission of applicationsuntil 4 april 2025 to 2 p.m.in thethe JRC virtual.

All workshops convened will be online format with weekly training sessions for over an hour, synchronous character (webinars) over ten weeks (each group in a fixed date and time that can be found in annex I)between 6 may and 11 july.

This week, on 12 and 13 march, the legal studies centre (JRC) has held the first edition of the training activity"the need for the culture and dialogue and the methods of resolving conflicts in the field of judicial bodies"within the framework,Continuous training Plan 2025 the body of counsel for the administration of justice.

With the aim of which the participants are able topromote and foster a culture of dialogue and effective implementation of methods of resolving conflicts in the field of judicial bodiestraining has had a very practical approach. Over two intensive days, participants have participated insimulations, dynamic and role playing, which has resulted in a realistic approach and applied to the challenges involved in conflict management in the day-to-day running of justice.

The interest shown in this activity has been significant, withmore than 350 applications for 40 places, which highlights the growing demand in this area.

Training in line with the organic law 1/2025

The relevance of this training is partnew model of efficiency of public service of justicedriven byOrganic Law 1/2025 of 2 january, which reinforces the importance of themethods of settlement of disputes (MASC). This rule provides a more structured approach to the judicial resolution of conflicts, promoting the use of mediation, conciliation and other tools that contribute to expediting the Justice and enhance its effectiveness.

The training provided in the JRC responds to this need, providing counsel for the administration of justice of key tools for the effective implementation of these methods of the judicial bodies, thereby encouraging a culture of dialogue that benefits both to the sector's professionals as to citizenship.

The director general of Legal studies centre (JRC), Laura Cambero, has maintained a work meeting this wednesday, 12 march 2025 with liaison magistrate of france in Spain, Benoit Delepoulle.

During the meeting have been addressed various issues,emphasizing the training activity of the JRCand the opportunities it offers to the training of professionals of justice. It had been submitted.I WILL BE fellowship programme, addressed to the preparation for oposiciones, as a key initiative for access to the bodies and the administration of justice.

The liaison magistrate has expressed its interest in the functioning of the JRC, as well as their training programmes with the objective of strengtheningcooperation of both countriesthus, exploring the possibility of setting up new avenues of collaboration in the field of international training and exchanges.

The meeting had also assisted by the JRC, deputy director of studies –, Teresa Muñoz-reja, and the chief, international area, Carolina Crespo.

This monday, 10 march 2025 has opened the course targeted 34th promotion of access to the national Forensic Doctors at headquarters, legal studies centre.

The inaugural ceremony has been provided by Mrs Laura Cambero Valencia, director General of legal studies centre (JRC), Mrs Blake Indurria Jiménez, assistant director-General for territorial cooperation and coordination of the administration of justice and Mrs Teresa Muñoz-reja Herrero, Deputy director of studies – the JRC.

Opens a formative period for 16 persons in the promotion period through the next 6 june 2025 and will consist of one phase and another teórico-práctica supervised practices.

Characteristics of selective course

Theteórico-práctica phaseit will be provided in formatattendanceat the centre for legal studiesfrom 10 to 28 march 2025 (with 75 hours of cargo delivery),promoting direct contact and the establishment of links between persons in the promotion.

At this stage will address key aspects such as valuation physical injury, the forensic psychiatry, care for victims of gender violence and sexual violence, as well as intervention in cases of violence on children and adolescents.

It will also address key fields such as performance at events with multiple victims, occupational hazards, research and teaching in the field of forensics, and the use of digital tools applied to the administration of justice.

The training will be complemented by visits to the ministry of the presidency, justice and relations with the courts, the office of the attorney General, the IML of Madrid and the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic sciences.

The phase ofsupervised practicesfor its part, will be held from 31 march to 6 june and will involve the incorporation of the staff member in practices do not relieved of its implementation to Institutes of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences or designated centres under the leadership of a team tutorial.

During the nine-week practical phase supervised deepened in pathology and forensic anthropology, physical injury, violence and sexual violence and forensic psychiatry, in addition to a stay at the INTCF one-week sessions.

The promotion in figures

Of the 16 persons involved in this course selective, with an average age of around 38.6 years,75% are womenand the remaining 25 per cent are men.

On the scope of access,5 were presented in the territory of the ministryof the presidency, justice and relations with the courts, while the remaining 11 did so by autonomous communities that have transferred competence in matters of justice: andalusia (1), catalonia (1), valencia (4), Madrid (5).

The participation of staff in Field transferred (69 per cent of the participants) in phase teórico-práctica selective course is the result of the implementation of the policy of civil society that the JRC has with the autonomous communities with powers transferred in the field of justice.
