This week, on 12 and 13 march, the legal studies centre (JRC) has held the first edition of the training activity"the need for the culture and dialogue and the methods of resolving conflicts in the field of judicial bodies"within the framework,Continuous training Plan 2025 the body of counsel for the administration of justice.

With the aim of which the participants are able topromote and foster a culture of dialogue and effective implementation of methods of resolving conflicts in the field of judicial bodiestraining has had a very practical approach. Over two intensive days, participants have participated insimulations, dynamic and role playing, which has resulted in a realistic approach and applied to the challenges involved in conflict management in the day-to-day running of justice.

The interest shown in this activity has been significant, withmore than 350 applications for 40 places, which highlights the growing demand in this area.

Training in line with the organic law 1/2025

The relevance of this training is partnew model of efficiency of public service of justicedriven byOrganic Law 1/2025 of 2 january, which reinforces the importance of themethods of settlement of disputes (MASC). This rule provides a more structured approach to the judicial resolution of conflicts, promoting the use of mediation, conciliation and other tools that contribute to expediting the Justice and enhance its effectiveness.

The training provided in the JRC responds to this need, providing counsel for the administration of justice of key tools for the effective implementation of these methods of the judicial bodies, thereby encouraging a culture of dialogue that benefits both to the sector's professionals as to citizenship.

The director general of Legal studies centre (JRC), Laura Cambero, has maintained a work meeting this wednesday, 12 march 2025 with liaison magistrate of france in Spain, Benoit Delepoulle.

During the meeting have been addressed various issues,emphasizing the training activity of the JRCand the opportunities it offers to the training of professionals of justice. It had been submitted.I WILL BE fellowship programme, addressed to the preparation for oposiciones, as a key initiative for access to the bodies and the administration of justice.

The liaison magistrate has expressed its interest in the functioning of the JRC, as well as their training programmes with the objective of strengtheningcooperation of both countriesthus, exploring the possibility of setting up new avenues of collaboration in the field of international training and exchanges.

The meeting had also assisted by the JRC, deputy director of studies –, Teresa Muñoz-reja, and the chief, international area, Carolina Crespo.

This monday, 10 march 2025 has opened the course targeted 34th promotion of access to the national Forensic Doctors at headquarters, legal studies centre.

The inaugural ceremony has been provided by Mrs Laura Cambero Valencia, director General of legal studies centre (JRC), Mrs Blake Indurria Jiménez, assistant director-General for territorial cooperation and coordination of the administration of justice and Mrs Teresa Muñoz-reja Herrero, Deputy director of studies – the JRC.

Opens a formative period for 16 persons in the promotion period through the next 6 june 2025 and will consist of one phase and another teórico-práctica supervised practices.

Characteristics of selective course

Theteórico-práctica phaseit will be provided in formatattendanceat the centre for legal studiesfrom 10 to 28 march 2025 (with 75 hours of cargo delivery),promoting direct contact and the establishment of links between persons in the promotion.

At this stage will address key aspects such as valuation physical injury, the forensic psychiatry, care for victims of gender violence and sexual violence, as well as intervention in cases of violence on children and adolescents.

It will also address key fields such as performance at events with multiple victims, occupational hazards, research and teaching in the field of forensics, and the use of digital tools applied to the administration of justice.

The training will be complemented by visits to the ministry of the presidency, justice and relations with the courts, the office of the attorney General, the IML of Madrid and the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic sciences.

The phase ofsupervised practicesfor its part, will be held from 31 march to 6 june and will involve the incorporation of the staff member in practices do not relieved of its implementation to Institutes of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences or designated centres under the leadership of a team tutorial.

During the nine-week practical phase supervised deepened in pathology and forensic anthropology, physical injury, violence and sexual violence and forensic psychiatry, in addition to a stay at the INTCF one-week sessions.

The promotion in figures

Of the 16 persons involved in this course selective, with an average age of around 38.6 years,75% are womenand the remaining 25 per cent are men.

On the scope of access,5 were presented in the territory of the ministryof the presidency, justice and relations with the courts, while the remaining 11 did so by autonomous communities that have transferred competence in matters of justice: andalusia (1), catalonia (1), valencia (4), Madrid (5).

The participation of staff in Field transferred (69 per cent of the participants) in phase teórico-práctica selective course is the result of the implementation of the policy of civil society that the JRC has with the autonomous communities with powers transferred in the field of justice.

The legal studies centre (JRC) has opened a new call for the activities of the Plan of Continuous Training for the first half of 2025 and aimed to the body of counsel for the administration of justice. For this first period of the year are convened 10 activities and 1,720 places.

Requests should be submittedby 18 march 2025 to 14:00 p.m.(hour peninsular) exclusively through theelectronicthe JRC.

The training activities will be held between the online form on 21 march and 13 june 2025.

On the occasion of international women's day, a key date to reflect on progress in the area of equality and to reaffirm the commitment to gender equity, the legal studies centre (JRC) continues to further initiatives that promote inclusion, conciliation and professional development of women in the legal field.

Over the past year, the JRC has continued to work in the implementation and consolidation of measures designed to ensure a more equitable and accessible to all individuals within its community. These include the adaptation of institutional protocols, the creation of spaces facilitating reconciliation of work and family life and the promotion of training with a gender perspective.

These initiatives reflect the strong commitment of the JRC to equality of opportunities and its active role in building a more just and inclusive manner.

Highlights in 2024

  • Empowerment of training in equal racing and bodies of Justice: Training programmes have developed a gender approach, ensuring that legal professionals have tools to address this reality in their Workplace. By 2024 were a total of 19 training activities relating to equality, inclusion and combating gender violence, in which people were able to participate 1.432. For its part, all selective courses included training in this area both at the stage teórico-práctica as during the phase of supervised practices.
  • Promotion of female representation: In the training activities and round tables organized by the JRC has promoted equitable participation of women experts in various fields of the law and justice.
  • Adaptation of the harassmentRight: the protocol against the sexual harassment and on the basis of sex in the area of the General state administration and its agencies linked, ensuring your specific application in the JRC.
  • Room for breastfeeding: Since march 2023, JRC has a breastfeeding room and space available for changing their staff as for those involved in their activities.
  • Consistent Plan: During the past year, the JRC has facilitated a number of measures for reconciling work and family life within the framework of the Plan Reconciles. Among them, that 16 permits for pregnancy and childbirth were granted, including 3 extended maternity leave and breastfeeding 2 permits. In addition, nine persons were able to soften its time to look after children under 12 years, and 7 employees agreed to intensive days for the care of children or dependants.

These measures reflect the commitment of the JRC to the well-being and the reconciliation of its staff.

The JRC will continue to work to advance gender equality, ensuring training environment inclusive and equitable for all legal professionals.

El Centro de Estudios Jurídicos (CEJ) ha convocado plazas dirigidas a integrantes de la Carrera Fiscal que prestan servicio en el País Vasco para participar en la actividad formativa ‘Tratamiento jurídico de las diferentes formas de acoso. Daño digital y proyecto de ley digital’, que se desarrollará en formato presencial el día 22 de mayo de 2025 en el Palacio de Justicia de Donostia/San Sebastián. Las solicitudes deberán presentarse exclusivamente a través de la sede electrónica del CEJ antes del 17 de marzo a las 14:00 h. (hora peninsular).

Este seminario nace como fruto del convenio suscrito entre la Comunidad Autónoma de País Vasco, la Fiscalía General del Estado y el CEJ para impartir actividades dirigidas a integrantes de la Carrera Fiscal con destino en esta región.

Como objetivos formativos, la actividad persigue analizar las dificultades de prueba que presentan estas tipologías delictivas. Conocer posibles herramientas médicas, a utilizar en juicio. Además de abordar la importancia de la prueba pericial psiquiátrica y dar un enfoque multidisciplinar de acoso abracando y comprendiendo la mirada de otras Instituciones.

También servirá como foro donde analizar la relación entre la jurisdicción penal y los medios de comunicación, así como establecer los criterios que permitan usar el principio de publicidad en beneficio de las víctimas y proteger los datos en el ámbito jurisdiccional.

El Centro de Estudios Jurídicos (CEJ) ha convocado 1.110 plazas para participar en 5 actividades formativas online previstas en el Plan Transversal de Formación Continua 2025. La presentación de solicitudes deberá realizarse antes del 22 de marzo de 2025 a las 14 horas (hora peninsular) a través de la sede electrónica del CEJ.

Estas actividades formativas se celebrarán previsiblemente, entre el 28 de abril y el 6 de junio de 2025 y tienen como destinatarios a todos los cuerpos, excepto la actividad titulada “Aspectos prácticos en la utilización de la aplicación SIRAJ” cuyos destinatarios son los cuerpos de Gestión y Tramitación Procesal y Administrativa y el cuerpo de Auxilio Judicial.

La oferta formativa del Centro de Estudios Jurídicos está reservada a personal no transferido, lo que incluye las actividades objeto de esta convocatoria.

Plan de Transversal Formación Continua 2025

Estos cursos son cinco de las 41 actividades formativas del Plan Transversal de Formación Continua 2025, destinado a todas las carreras y cuerpos, incluidos los cuerpos generales y especiales de la Administración de Justicia. Esta amplia oferta formativa busca dotar a las personas destinatarias de todas aquellas habilidades, competencias y saberes comunes necesarios para prestar un mejor Servicio Público de Justicia a la ciudadanía.

En esta línea, las actividades objeto de esta convocatoria responde a la especial importancia que el Plan concede a la formación en competencias digitales para adaptarse a la transformación digital de la Justicia. 

Importante: En todas las actividades convocadas se establece una reserva del 15% de las plazas convocadas para cada una de las carreras o cuerpos para personal interino o que ejerza labores de sustitución.
